We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders, except for our extra-large size (1500 x 1000mm) prints. For these, we’ll provide a custom delivery quote based on your location.

If you’re in Melbourne, you also have the option to pick up your order for free from our production facility.

Each artwork is made to order and custom-framed to ensure the highest quality. Once processed, your order will take 4-7 business days to produce. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect to receive your artwork within two weeks from the date of purchase.

To ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition, we use high-quality, eco-friendly packaging:

• Each framed print is carefully wrapped in biodegradable bubble wrap.
• Orders are shipped in custom-made, double-wall cardboard packaging for added protection.
• We use a trusted courier service, and all shipments are insured against loss or damage for peace of mind.

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. However, if your print arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to replace it.

• Report any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Email hello@artprintz.com.au with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Please keep the original packaging, as we may need to arrange a collection.

If a refund is issued instead of a replacement, it will be processed through your original payment method. Please note that gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash
